Organizational Justice and Leadership Behavior Orientation as Predictors of Employees Job Satisfaction: Evidence from Croatia

The aim of this paper was to examine the role organizational justice and leadership behavior orientation in predicting job satisfaction by focusing on three dimensions (distributive, procedural, interactional justice) two orientations (task relations-oriented behaviors). empirical research conducted Croatia, during 2019. sample included 298 participants.
